We are looking to have three bushes removed and new ones planted. We aren’t sure the best time of year to do this. The ones we have now were planted last year but seem to have died over the winder, or at least most of the plant has died..

Hi Bobbie,
the most popular times to plant shrubs are spring and fall, when the weather is cooler but it can be done successfully over the summer as long as you are vigilant with monitoring watering needs of the newly planted material.
